Most legal folks don't make careers by rolling the dice on moonshot prosecutions.
Yet, when a cop shoots a black criminal in the line of duty, I'll bet you are first in line to demand indictments of the cops, regardless of any investigation or evidence.

It is only the "end of it," for voters like you who never care about character, competency, and integrity. As for the rest of us, the "end of it" only comes when Mrs. Clinton removes herself from public life.
Well, don't vote for her then.

I don't know what else to tell you. Your life, do what you want with it.

Taking the best interpretation of what he said about Hillary, she is a complete idiot and doesn't even know a "C" in an email means "Classified." She is totally inept and needs somebody to take care of her....in an old folks home maybe. God help us if our idiots elect this idiot.

Not really. Not sure where you got that one.

You've answered your own question.

The question I'm waiting for is what authority did Hillary have to unilaterally delete any emails. Everything she did was part of a federal record and was not to be subject to her personal whims.

There is no reasonable anything never mind a conversation with you people, you just accept and defend that she lied more times than can be counted and STILL deny it when the Director of the FBI flat out said she lied about everything.

However, this leaves open a possible case of Perjury against Hillary Clinton for her sworn statements made before congress.

When Hillary was handed the SOS job didn't she have meetings with the security and they spelled out what was and is certainly not allowed by law?
Did she have this meeting or did she simply choose to ignore the rules?

If this was a private business she would be fired.
If this was anyone else but Hillary she would be tried.
Is this how she is planning on running the country?

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. What exactly was she trying to hide from the public on her private server?

Tom Brady got a 4 game suspension for the mere suspicion of wrong doing in deflategate. The FBI said that she lied to them and she skates.

But it's not up to him to speak of what should happen to her - which will be nothing.

It sounds like they now want to go after her for perjury. How long will that take?

And I can't stand Clinton, but wonder how long this is going to go on.
Why bother making a referral for perjury? The fix is in and Comey will just find a way to re-write the perjury laws to avoid recommending indictment.

Everyone on earth knows Clinton perjured herself in front of Congress, just like everyone knows she criminally exposed classified information from her bathroom server.

Comey and the Democrats are busy trying to convince me that the system isn't rigged, but this hearing is doing exactly the opposite.

The only thing that is going to address government accountability and institutional transparency at this point is a Trump Presidency.

Has she been convicted of lying under oath?

Has she been tried? If not, then it's merely your opinion that she's gotten away with "it".
