No it comes down to population. Just here in America for example, whites represent 65% of the population and blacks represent 13%. It's a simple numbers game. There will always be hatred racially as you say. I would say hatred is a harsh word, and would choose bias myself, but, simply there's 5 times more whites to hate than blacks. If whites, blacks etc are "average" haters, then by the numbers, whites would be the most hated.
Take a look at this map. What you will notice is that most of the hate groups in our USA are located in Democrat controlled states. California, Florida, and the North East US leading the way.... Wonder why that is?
And, if you look at the divide of hatred in this country, there are just as many Chapters of Black Separatists (180) as there are Klu Klux Klans. (190)
