This goes on and on at this group. Did anyone ever think all the work these people do that YOU and ME do not want to do.
For starters, picking produce in the ag fields of our country. And many die from heat stroke and horrible back issues and knee issues from being in the ground picking OUR FOODS.
Our landscaper/gardner works around our bldg twice a week and does me favors and I will give him a little cash now and then, which he refuses but I push it in his pocket. He is the best person and never a complaint.
Then, just talking to my neighbor who has to be in a rehab facility now going on a month as she fell and broke her shoulder. Who do you think works around the clock in those facilities, people from so many parts of the world...doing so much dirty work that WE do not want to do. Cleaning up s**t, changing adult diapers, helping people walk....You want to do this kind of work?
Then there are a ones who are hired to clean houes, clean toilets, take care of children.
Stop and think about this all you spoiled americans and STOP the bashing. Be thankful when you spend your unemployment and welfare checks and spend your food stamps.
I don't bash non-Americans. I bash people who sneak into my country, work here illegally, illegally get paid, illegally use our benefits system and then demand that we accept all of this.
Seems bashing them verbally is the LEAST I can do.
They are picking your foods.....you want to go in the fields?
I'm not saying this is all perfect, but I'm pointing some things out to those forever bashing PEOPLE from other countries....and yes many are illegal and many live in our country all their life....I had a swedish friend who went back and forth, mostly lived in the U.S. and never got her citizenship and died here at 90something.
For that matter, I don't know if my italian and polish grandparents ever got citizenship.
They are all people trying to live.
Many americans drink and kill etc etc etc etc.....I won't buy into that one.

I would bet any amount of cash that those on welfare (if it was discontinued) would do those jobs instead of starving.

There are those that come here through legal channels and work hard for themselves and their families. There are also those who come here to loaf off the system. Then there are those who come here illegally and still work hard because this is the land of opportunity. Then there are those that come here illegally and demand rights that were hard won by their fellows who immigrated here legally.
I have no problem with the legal hard working immigrants, who does? Heck I'm even married to one. She came to America for the opportunities she could never get in her home country and she conducted herself as an ambassador even though people looked down on her.
Even Trump doesn't have a problem with legal immigration, it is all the ones that sneak in to take advantage of the system and contribute nothing.
Of course we have many citizens that do the same and that welfare fraud needs to be corrected.

Almost seems as if you are in support of slave labor from illegals.
Yes, illegals have takem many once decent paying construction jobs. Of course that does mean new home construction is cheaper which saves consumers money.
I'm not in favor of anything. Just pointing about all the people bashing. It's HUGE here. Migrant workers have always been migrant workers. CA is a big state for ag industry and I'm sure MOST are not citizens who are on the knees in the fields.
If no welfare, maybe they would be on their knees too. I'm happy to have our benefits and have used unemployment a couple times in my 40 yrs of working but I'm don't bash like so many ungratefuls here do. Just had to vent this. So many with open hands and big mouths blasting off here.
