Muslims aren't a unified group though. And really, neither are white people. The West has evolved and gives more people more rights, but that's not necessarily an issue of them being white. And it didn't happen all at once. There was and is diversity within Western European countries in how they view rights and how they are protected and expressed. Same with Muslim countries.
And some white people aren't interesting in other people's rights.

50+ Muslim countries do not even allow Gay Pride Parades, women are chattel, and Minorities second-class citizens.
Humans have enslaved other humans since the beginning of time.
Good old Abraham, the patriarch of Abrahamic religions, Judasim, Christianity and Islam was a slave owner.
The Old Testiment reflects the commonality of slavery , prisoners of war, debtors and young girls who were traded as chattel. It seems to seek to rationalize slavery.
The New Testiment is silent and does not forbid it.
Many have used scripture to rationalize slavery.
Kind of goofy to single out Muslims.

Exhibit A: Someone who doesn't understand that the world didn't operate in terms of "people of color" vs. "white people" for the past 20000 years.
Seriously guy... history.... learn it. Travel. There's a bigger world out there than European colonial history circa 1500 - 1950.
