Interestingly, the subsequent Presidents, not Trump, will benefit the most from seeing constant Congressional refreshing. Finally, something will get done.

Neither candidate has taken a position on term limits.
It requires a 2/3 majority of Congress to approve an amendment and then 38 states to ratify it.
POTUS has no vote.
In the mid 90's there was a bill to limit Senators to 2 terms and House Members to 6 terms. It failed in Congress.
