It has come to the point, we cannot even tell a joke today. (Mexicans, speech)

Justin Bieber is your character witness? But going by the provided exampkle, it appears the more precise complaint is 'It has come to the point where we can no longer tell a racist joke', and that's perhaps a challenge for some?
I was reading Code Switch on the NPR site the other day, where they said racist things could be from calling Thai food at a party exotic to calling someone the n-word. And believe it or not, a lot of the commenters/SJWs were saying calling something exotic is racist.
So, the goal posts on what is considered racist appear to move a lot.

No one knows what is "offensive", "racist", etc.
That's the point. We have a small group of SJWs who decide, dictate to the rest of society and if you break their rules you'll be crucified.
The point is, who cares?
Play the friggin victim! Ohmy, he was triggered! OH look, now we got to make a safe space for him, because he has self control issues, because he had no daddy in the house growing up.
*laughing*
Being in Idaho, I get whole different visual when you say triggered!
I guess we could find a 'safe' place--quiet//and no more self-control issues

Typically, when somebody says they can tell a joke, we then expect a punchline of sorts. All we got here is a mini rant on racism.

<shrug> If someone decides to post a video with "Justin Bieber tells a racist joke" right in the title, I accept their assessment that it's a racist joke.

The point is... Is "the Beeb" racist? Was "The Beeb" being racist? No. He was telling a joke.
Today, he would be crucified.

If you say racist jokes and find them to be funny, chances are that you are a racist. Decent people find other things to joke about. It's as simple as that.

Humor or even subtle humor is lost on some people entirely. You can never learn it. It just happens.
What I am finding funny is how humor is lost on you. No offense ok. So heavy handed and maybe a little guilty about it, from the complete lack of anything funny or quick witted to provide some levity.
You would probably go to a comedy club and argue with the person beside you on what is funny or not. Oh my word.
