Guns kill people, with no other intended purpose. No one buys a Smith&Wesson 26 to go duck hunting...

And abortion is different, because a fetus is not a person, without the mother, it would be dead anyways

Yes, they kill people, and Animals, and many people who act like animals. Especially those who pretend to rule over us and think they can dictate our liberties.

If it bothers you that free individuals can use such means to protect themselves from tyrants and their supporting busy bodies, then the real question you have to ask.. is why that bothers you? Only one who is on the side of tyranny or demands action from tyrants to attend to their will fears an armed populace. What worries me more is that you are worried about us being armed. In fact, that has me seriously concerned.

Gun laws are unconstitutional.
McDonald v. Chicago, reversed ALL gun legislation ever created, by making it all unconstitutional

"Guns kill people,"

WRONG. People kill people.

Your ignorance about guns is why we can EVER have an honest discussion about guns.

How come we never hear, "cars kill people" or "swimming pools kill people". or" blunt in statements (like baseball bats) kill people?

MANY guns are for sport shooting.

" No one buys a Smith&Wesson 26 to go duck hunting..."

Explain why states like NY have banned ALL semi-automatic guns, including shotguns which are the number one gun for duck hunting?

I take it you are against protecting your self and your family.

Very well said as usual Captaincatfish.

Both this and the 2008 elections have proven one thing. This country is deeply divided. And I don't think it will ever be truly united again.
