I'm not saying that. But he should have cut it off at the knees when he had the chance. you don't tell someone to cut it out as he did when they met in china- not something as grave as national intelligence.

All this should have been done during the election cycle, not 20 days before you are out of office.

Haha.

You quote the NY Times as proof of what you state.

They also said Hillary would win the election by a landslide. That she had a "blue wall". That Trump had no path to 270.

Obama is simply don't nothing more than to complicate the transition as as he can, because he is a sore loser. Loser in that America has rejected his platform. There's nothing more to it than that from that huckster.

Obama didn't lose because of Russia. He lost in spite of election rigging and the media endorsement of Hillary because his 8 years have been a failure. His experiment with socialism failed miserably. Obama is a complete disaster that has harmed countless people. We are sick of illegal aliens and ghetto people moving into our communities and getting Section 8 housing. We are sick and tired of the PC culture with the Confederate flag banned, Christmas under attack, even the American flag being banned in certain schools. The racist radicalism of the BLM movement and Hillary taking the criminal thug Trayvon Martin's mom around also alienates many people.

If there is proof then I'm all for punishing the Russians. But I have yet to see actual proof. There has been no testimony from any of our intel agencies that presented even a shred of evidence for this hacking claim. And Wikileaks has already said, repeatedly, that they got the emails from a Clinton campaign insider, not the Russians. So either Assange is lying or the intel people are lying. But somebody is lying.

Hahaha! I disagree with a lot of Trump's views, but I do agree that we should restructure NATO so it's more favorable towards the US. If you're a small Euro country that wants "protection" from "big bad" Russia, you'd better be paying up.

I don't know that they had all the details that they have presently, besides having this circus weeks before the election would have been total caos.

"Grizzly Steppe" - FBI, DHS Release "Report" On Russian Hacking
I agree with you. The Joint Analysis Report (the JAR - not the press release) is the public, declassified version of what the CI guys found. What they describe is specific methodology - tradecraft, if you will - that they seem to think is consistent with Russian FSB cyber tradecraft.

Spearphishing is almost as old as e-mails are. Very basic, fundamental way to get somebody to give up their password. Both criminal hackers and intelligence services the world over use it. That both Podesta and the DNC fell for it does not give me much confidence in their technical savy.

Since I'm not in that business anymore (and I was out long before the word cyberspace even existed), I have no idea what specific details they are relying upon to draw the line straight to Russian intelligence. One imagines those details remain rather highly classified.
