Mexico , a country where criminals and cartels take over towns and freely murder, kidnap and extort the people to where only when citizens have had enough and kidnap a drug lord's mother does the government send in troops .

Got not much respect for the Mexican government, they are all mostly bought and paid for criminals themselves.

So either Trump is a moron or he looks down on Mexico's vast relationship with the US because he's racist or he's both a moron and a racist.

That's nice , and it was still a trade deficit of $60 billion that year. Surely Mexico will have no issue losing $50 billion in annual trade surplus.

And a good bit of that precious US export is corn, a propped up farce of so called "free trade". Subsidized exports is not free trade.

Which does wonders for Mexico which used to have its own corn.

I really doubt you had ever visited Mexico.

In Mexico Private Property has not the same definition that in USA, in fact the State own the whole of the Land and resurces and the private "owners" have certain rights but not all of them. All USA Investments entered here with that Legal Background and they took the risk and the opportunity, and most of them have had great profitability, however now that US is openly agresive to Mexico, The mexican government can excersice its rights according to the Mexican laws in Mexican Territory.

Openly aggressive?
That's rich coming from Mexico.
How is securing your borders, jobs and restricting remittances being aggressive?

Mexico gets approximately $24 billion per year from Mexicans, primarily illegal, in the US who send money home to poor relatives. $24 billion that should be spent here to stimulate our economy. By the way, you can thank George Bush for facilitating that transfer of money out of the US under Directo a Mexico. Since Mexico has no financial social safety net provided by the state, that money is in essence, their welfare. Trump says if Mexico doesn't pay for the wall, that spigot, with a slight change in the law, will be turned off.

Trump is already planning to allow businesses overseas to bring their money home without penalty. I assume that includes Mexico too. So, don't be surprised if there isn't much for Mexico to grab.

Nobody said they couldn't but it doesn't change the fact that if they exercise those rights that they'll be a pariah in the global corporations eyes who will then act accordingly.

All it is so far is a bunch of saber-rattling anyway.
