We had to fire one last month for same reason, took two days for child birth, week later still haven't heard from him , no calls anything. Can't stop a project for a week for one person
But if he was a security guard on a 90 day trial period and he took 2 days off of work without permission/notice and left the company with no security those two days as other workers weren't available (holiday) - I am not surprised he was fired.
Go ahead and ignore the post I made before that one.
I didn't address it because it's speculation and didn't inform me of anything. It's hard enough to know what happened based on the article without speculating whether or not something else was going on.
You know what? At least he was working. At least he was there, for his kids, not running off like too many fathers do these days. How many single moms do we have anyway? I'm not going to fault him for that.
People shouldn't settle when it comes to taking care of those that one personally brings into this world.
At least he is working FFS, doing what he can find at the moment!!
You don't know that. Why doesn't he have a full time job to go with his full time family?

You shouldn't lie about others beliefs. He has a family to support. Quit having kids when you cannot afford them
