For as long as he lasts. I don't expect a very long wait before he departs.

He can't replay the campaign forever, and neither can you, but feel free to keep up the attempt while the rest of us move on.

Yes, Trump is my president, thank God! I cannot, however, say that for many of the "other" residents in my city, but then, maybe Trump being president will take care of that.
