The title of this thread is false and misleading. The Judge granted an emergency stay to temporarily allow detainees with valid current visas to stay. That's it. The judge did nothing regarding his executive order overall. It does not allow new immigrants from countries banned to come in unless they already had visas to do so.
Not even that. They simply won't be sent back. They are still detained, but if not now released there would be another suit. Expect them to be released shortly.
The EO is still in full force. Just allows people in transit to move along.
