But it's not a "Muslim" ban. It's a temporary ban on "all people" from specific countries. Thus, not unconstitutional. In fact, Obama did the exact same thing.

Why this state of affairs makes sense to you, I have no idea.
The next bombers could easily be from any of those terrorists countries.

Are you a Constitutional scholar? I'm guessing no.

In any case, the courts have decided that the ban, as of now, is illegal.

But more likely from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, or Afghanistan, which aren't on the list. People from these countries with visas can still freely enter the US.

Women are essentially slaves and have practically no rights. Their backwards culturally and unless they want to leave that ideal behind and accept our way of life, I don't want them here. If a woman goes to UAE she has to wear goofy crap on her head or face prosecution. They expect us to conform to their culture, we should expect them to conform to ours.

What many Liberals don't understand is that this is TEMPORARY. It is not barring people permanently, nor is it a religious litmus test. It is an attempt to give priority to persecuted Christians, Jews, and even some Muslims (like Kurds) in the Middle East.

As usual, the media lied about what this is all about.

Actually you're wrong. The 'stay' of the ban covers the airport detainees and those currently in transit. Not the legality of the ban.

There is no such thing as a "national Presidential order." There are however, Presidential Executive Orders.

Note at the explanatory section about Presidential Executive Orders in the link below it is noted that such orders are considered binding but they are "subject to legal review".
I'm sure that you were glad on the occasions when judges blocked some of President Obama's Executive Orders so now turnabout w/ trump's orders is similarly legal under the constitution. Get used to it & deal with it. It's part of our constitutionally mandated system of checks and balances as found in basic civics classes.

When the president makes an EO, it's national. The check is by the Supreme Court not some rinky dink court. Even so, the president is in charge of the nation's security not the courts. So the president should be the end stop on security issues.

If you think that the U.S. court system makes decisions based on logic of legality, you have a lot to learn.
