Chicago - $618 billion
Boston - $531 billion
Houston - $525

They are stonewalling right now but they'll come around .

Cities like Austin can't just do whatever they want and not follow the law .
They aren't their own country .

Nope. Houston, DFW, SA, and Austin are the economic engines of the state. When Trump country can demonstrate it can fund itself without our taxes, then you'll have a point.

CSA data is not what he linked to ,Houston and Dallas is enormous gdp for a metro areas but who cares when you look at these metros/csa areas?

I grew up through my teenage years in Washington DC which is not even listed in that post I responded to and its a city with enormous GDP and MSA, CSA stats and probably in the top 5 for sure but its a city where 40 percent of the city’s population receive either food stamps, Medicaid assistance, welfare checks or some combination of the three. Its a terribly run city and terribly run metro area with massive traffic that is some of the worst in the nation, crime, just a mess of a area .

What do all these msa/ csa /city proper stats show but poverty and vast inequality of wealth ,dystopian cities and how does illegal immigration really make areas more livable when you add in the cost of

Funding the K-12 education for children who are themselves illegal aliens and for the citizen children of illegal aliens ,ESl costs etc

Justice and law enforcement costs — policing, court and incarceration — associated with illegal aliens

Medical services that cost taxpayers

Public assistance, welfare

You dont even understand the stats you are quoting, csa numbers are not metro gdp numbers and what does that have to do with the costs of illegal immigration? Red states like texas and florida are some of the largest economies on the planet as well. All large states usually are big economies but what does this have to with the costs of illegal immigration?

Places like manhattan and hollywood have alot of media and financial economies that could be recreated anywhere. How do you recreate the natural resources of the red states and the water of the red counties in the sierras in red counties in california?

What does that have to do with illegal immigration and contribution to the economy when you add in

Poverty and vast inequality of wealth , enormous gentrification and homeless dystopian cities and how does illegal immigration really make areas more livable when you add in the costs of illegal immigration

Funding the K-12 education for children who are themselves illegal aliens and for the citizen children of illegal aliens ,ESl costs etc

Justice and law enforcement costs — policing, court and incarceration — associated with illegal aliens

Public assistance, welfare?

So, if a major fraction of SoCal illegals were reported, rents and mortgages would become affordable to the legal citizenry middle class?
