I wish that everyone would finally realize that the reason Trump denigrates and lies about the press is so that the citizens of our country won't believe the news when it is proven that Trump did conspire with Russia so he could win the election. And who knows what else will be investigated and reported that he has done that he doesn't want the American people to believe, so that he can get away with it.
Trump is SO CUNNING. He is setting it up so that no matter what the legitimate press reports, people won't believe them.
Those who go along with Trump's view of the press will be duped bigly.

I want to know the psychology of those that chant "not my president" all the time. Who are they talking about? Hillary Clinton? Bernie Sanders? Because they truly are "not their president". Unlike Trump, who IS. Liberalism really is a mental illness. Are they delusional? In denial? Or just flippin' stupid children throwing a tantrum?
They know why you hate them. And really...they don't care since you guys pretty much hate anyone that scrutinizes Trump.
Scrutiny is acceptable, people want to see balanced scrutiny, not 90% negative coverage all day, every day. The two minutes hate for Goldstein has become the 24 hours hate for Trump.
They should absolutely point out when he's not doing his job properly, but also give him credit for the things he does well. Honesty and legitimate sources would also go a long way to restoring trust.
It's clearly not a healthy situation when a President is at war with the media, but it's equally unhealthy when the media is at war with a President, especially when a considerable proportion of the US population have recently voted for him.

If you are referring to CNN they stopped being a credible news source a long time ago they are the leftwing equivalent of FOX, They are a political opinion channel that represents left wing thinking and as such you probably wont agree with their viewpoints if you are a trump supporter.
As for fake news you may not like what CNN has to say but its not fake news,fake news is something completely fabricated with no factual basis kinda like the National Enquirers drivel.CNN reports its leftwing take on the news,Trump doesnt like the general criticism he gets from CNN thus the fake news accusation.
