The only thing proven so far.... is an ex-President, spying in on an opposing political parties affairs, by listening in on all calls from and to Trump Tower.

There is nothing illegal about talking to people around the world, no matter who they are. The first warrant attempt was denied and Obama went to another judge and got it approved, under what evidence a crime was being committed. Or just to spy on a opposing political parties campaign.

Slimy corrupt piece of chit.

Presidential election... not spying on America.

This is the proof, the NSA and FISA Courts need to be exterminated.
They were not placed to go after terrorist. They were placed to spy on the Republican Party and a kangaroo court to say it is perfectly OK.

BS!

Someone needs to go to prison for this.

I would guess most thinking people knew many pieces of the "Un-Patriotic act" were going to be problematic at some point and eventually lead to abuses. Information is power and power is too hard a drug for some to resist.

On paper you are correct.

In the "real" world, you could be wrong.

How long did you work for the FBI?

You are claiming that if the BOSS of the Director of the FBI tells him to start an investigation, that the Director would IGNORE what his boss tells him what to do?

What world do you live in?

Patriot Act, including for FISA, are violations of the 4th amendment. Clearly and we see the fruits of their efforts to do so and the exact reason it is unconstitutional.

Right. Just like Obama told Comey to tell Congress about new emails 11 days before the election.

That would not provide a legal basis for a court order. It's legal to email banks. Plus, you couldn't get that information until after you started wiretappping, so the "evidence" couldn't have been the basis for the decision to wiretap.
