Glad to see however that you admit that Obama wiretapped Trump.
The intelligence agencies that were completely dismissed by Trump were the ones that brought the Russian hacking to light, not Obama. I didn't say Trump was wiretapped by Obama, you are confused. They wiretapped two Russian banks, not Trump towers.

oh he cant????

2013
The American Civil Liberties Union sued the U.S. Department of Justice in New York federal court on Thursday, demanding it comply with a Freedom of Information Act request for details on the DOJ’s use of evidence gathered under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Amendments Act.

So can we dispense with the Obama is spying on Trump nonsense.
the Russians didn't hack the election...quit spewing the lies of the fascist liberals

1. NO-ONE hacked the election, what was leaked was emails from Hillary and the dnc PRIOR to the election

2. the proof was a now dead DNC worker OUTED the DNC and Hitlery, and let the public fully know that hitlery was not what she appeared to be....he(the now dead leak) was a Bernie supporter

3. again Russia had ZERO to do with this, as the LEAK was a DNC insider who leaked to wikileaks

4. the leak was not a hack of an election..the election was never hacked....what it did was show the people just how crooked hitlery was, and she lost supporters who were on the fence

5. the "Russia Boogieman " is just another liberal lie

A president can spy on anyone. Obama told his spook minions to do just that with Trump's associates.

Obama will go down in history as the most corrupt and destructive president in our 250 year history. Barack is an abomination and his legacy of corruption and dirty dealings will make Nixon's look like Mother Theresa's.

You posted a lawsuit not a decision.

FISA warrant are extremely confidential, I don't see the ACLU getting access unless the DOJ agrees. Besides Trump has access to records, it's his justice department but not to smart to be getting involved in an investigation where his AG has already recused himself.

Maybe you could dispense with the immature name calling and make your case relative to topic at hand which is Trump's claim that he was wiretapped by Obama. Do either you or Trump have direct facts or are you going to continue to go off on a tangent.

I will let you argue with all the intelligence agencies because they say our election system was hacked, even Trumps own cabinet members agree.

All this is by Trump is an attempt to smoke screen the investigation all of his people are under. It is as obvious as that raccoon living on top of Trump's head.

Which judge(s) gave the OK for this?

"In 2013 the liberal Washington Post expressed outrage after the revelation that the Justice Department had investigated the newsgathering activities of a Fox News reporter as a potential crime in a probe of classified leaks. The reporter, Fox News’ James Rosen and his family, were part of an investigation into government officials anonymously leaking information to journalists. Rosen was not charged but his movements and actions were tracked. Also in 2013, members of the Associated Press were also a target of the surveillance. The ultra liberal New Yorker even noted that 'In moderate and liberal circles, at least, the phone-records scandal, partly because it involves the dear old A.P. and partly because it raises anew the specter of Big Brother, may well present the most serious threat to Obama’s reputation.' Reporter Sharyl Attkisson said in 2014 that her personal computer and CBS laptop were hacked after she began filing stories about Benghazi that were unflattering to the Obama administration. A source who checked her laptop said the hacker used spyware 'proprietary to a government agency,' according to an article in the New York Post."

Your logic is that A plus B equals D.

Let's have an independent investigation. Let Trump produce evidence.

Do reporters count?

If Trump and his supporters want an investigation into whether or not there were taps on lines in Trump Tower, it would be very interesting to get Trump Org employees under oath explain the who requested email servers be set up to only accept internet network traffic only from a very small number of IP addresses, 2 of which were servers in the Russian bank, Alfa, and Spectrum Healthcare (a company where Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos' husband Dick DeVos is listed as an Emeritus Trustee and Maria DeVos is listed as the Secretary). Some experts believe that the traffic was consistent with email traffic between servers. If there is an investigation, hopefully this could be fleshed out, if it hasn't already (behind the scenes).

The libs here are in furious denial mode, but either Obama was up to no good or the MSM was printing fake stories. Then Trump blew everything up. Now this -

From the Daily Caller - "The top eight congressional leaders of both chambers the intelligence community routinely briefs on its activities want to know why the intelligence agencies never briefed them about reported investigations related to Trump and his team of associates."

Top Lawmakers Were Never Briefed On Trump Investigation | The Daily Caller

It's going to take awhile, but we'll get an answer
