So now we have the White House Counsel interfering with an investigation attempting to get a copy of an FBI FISA warrant assuming one even exists, not to mention Reince Priebus asking the FBI to put out a statement last month.

Another reason whey we need a completely independent investigation.

While Trump is wrong about Obama having wiretapped him, as we’ve been reporting since November, there is strong evidence that a federal judge did grant the FBI a secret FISA warrant in October to eavesdrop on Donald Trump and his associates and Trump Tower itself. White House Counsel Donald McGahn, hired to the position by Trump just six weeks ago, has spent the day trying to force a copy of said warrant to be turned over to the White House. That represents a gross violation on McGahn’s part.

I love it, you just admitted to the spying on Trump. You dems insisted all this was made up, and there was no wiretapping.

The White House wants to see a warrant targeting the president, and you call it interfering with an investigation.

What would it hurt for the White House counsel to see the FISA warrant?

I indicated the warrant for wiretapping Trump is still alleged, the counsel cannot request an FISA warrant on anyone and they have since changed their story.

It sounds like they got what they wanted, attention being brought to this warrant.

Even today there were Trump haters on here still insisting that there was no wiretapping.

The truth is out, the Obama administration spied on a political opponent, that bell can't be unrung.

You experts really have no concept of how many layers someone has to go through to obtain permission to wire tap someone else. You simply do not go down to Radio Shack and get a wire tapper and hook it up to their phone. It would take a MASSIVE conspiracy involving a bunch of Governmental agencies and a Judge to do it. Ain't gonna happen.

All this is by Trump is an attempt to smoke screen the investigation all of his people are under. It is as obvious as that raccoon living on top of Trump's head.

the fisa court bypasses the constitution when used against american citizens, and those legally in this country. it basically abrogates the fourth, and fifth amendments. american citizens do not get the chance to contest the warrant, in fact they dont even get to know about the warrant, and imo that is unconstitutional. when used against people outside the US, i have no issue with that.

why are you misrepresenting facts.

obama ordered nothing. and so far Trump (who has access to all wiretaps, bar ones on him, could produce the proof in minutes.

so far all we have is talk, or show us what you are talking about.

That is an alternative fact. The Russians in the US are wiretapped. Nobody has disputed that.

Trump associates were tapped when they communicated on Russian wiretapped lines.

Stop making up falsehoods without presenting any evidence.

There is no proof whatsoever that the "Obama administration" spied on a political opponent. Nobody--not Levin, or Breitbart or Trump has produced one iota of evidence.

Your logic is that A plus B equals D.

Let's have an independent investigation. Let Trump produce evidence.

You are still assuming that an FISA warrant to wiretap Trump exists, there is no proof of that and a counsel cannot just "request" that information. The White House Counsel was unaware and attempted to change their story.

They went the FISA court because they would never get a warrant outside of the FISA court.

The FISA court approves 99% of the warrant requests.

You keep attempting to deny all of this by saying that Obama didn't order this wiretap.

One, we don't know that.

Second, it doesn't matter, the Obama administration did in fact spy on the Trump campaign.

You have no idea how many Americans were spied on, we have on idea how much latitude the warrant gave.
