Kicking Out Specialized Canadian Nurses, When US Has Nurse Shortage
President Bonkers changed the visas in the past few days for Canadian nurses who work in US hospitals. Most of these nurses work in very specialized services, like ICU.
This mean little snot of a "president" decreed that despite both NEEDING nurses and ISSUING them visas to work in the US, that his interpretation of NAFTA nullifies these visas.
If there is now or looming a shortage of any skilled personnel including nurses we should be investing in educating and developing American citizens to take those jobs. Depending on countries like Canada or India for skilled labor is simply allowing our corporations and the wealthy to enjoy their profits at the expense of our own people. We have 3 qualified applicants for every opening for nursing in our financially strapped educational institutions. They can't get in and Canadians should not get those jobs as long as that is the situation. Make the corporatists pay for more schools, more instructors and more Americans to take American jobs.

Nurses from India, Africa, Europe, etc. are still be allowed into the US to work. tRump is claiming it's a NAFTA issue.
Too bad Canada's socialist economy sucks so bad that Canadians have to come here to work.
Haaar! Notwithstanding the fact many Americans work in Canada, I suppose you're also fine with the charitable Canadian workers travelling there to help your homeless being given the turn-around.
We shoulda told all those planeloads of Americans desperate for a place to land during 9/11 to frag off and go elsewhere I suppose since you folks had already deemed them to dangerous to you to allow landing on their own soil.
Strange they didn't complain about the "socialist economy" that fed and housed them for days at no cost to them.
