I simply do not understand the hell bent obsession with importing an underclass numbering in the millions. I just don't.

I have asked for explanations and get called a racist. So they are being brought in to combat my racism?

Many state have rules with PROHIBIT even ASKING.

"Public schools nationwide cannot even ask students about their immigration paper"

When you have to earn a privilege such as living in the USA, you tend to appreciate it more and will go out of your way to avoid losing it. In that vein, compare someone who goes through all the legal means to emigrate to the US, to someone who does it the quick, illegal way. This alone should provide enough of an argument to shut down illegal immigration.

Did anybody that got a pass from immigration authorities go through any kind of indoctrination in how our legal system works, or what is expected of them?

The video in the link stated that the SCOTUS ruling said that the illegal immigrant children cannot be denied the education. They did not indicate they were not allowed to ask them about their status. If they know someone has undocumented status then they could be providing an education program to help make them better "citizens".

The Obama Admin sent out an edict on that, as well as the one they sent forcing mixed-sex changing and showering in school locker rooms on every public school in the country.

The one on citizenship status states such, specifically:

Quote:
"To comply with these Federal civil rights laws, as well as the mandates of the Supreme Court, you must ensure that you do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin, and that students are not barred from enrolling in public schools at the elementary and secondary level on the basis of their own citizenship or immigration status or that of their parents or guardians...

A school district may not bar a student from enrolling in its schools because he or she lacks a birth certificate or has records that indicate a foreign place of birth, such as a foreign birth certificate"
https://www.justice.gov/sites/defaul...ylerletter.pdf

Given the fact that schools cannot discriminate or bar enrollment based on citizenship or immigration status, they don't even ask. Likewise, since no birth certificate is required, there is no way to verify age, either. That's how you end up with age 22 (or older) high school seniors in schools with 14 year old freshmen. Depending on the country of the illegal alien's origin, there's likely to be a language barrier as well.

Thank you.

As a victim of rape myself, which included being drugged by college students, I appreciate you saying this. Can we see this level of anger and hostility towards the white Johnny Americans who do this **** all the time? PLEASE?
Sorry to hear that you went through something so horrific. Who here said that they don't feel "anger and hostility" towards American rapists? Please point that out.

However, be honest with yourself and admit that if these 2 illegals weren't allowed into this country, this poor girl would have never been raped.

We have enough homegrown lowlifes (as your experience shows) who cause us a lot of problems. We don't need to import anymore.

It's not possible. No birth certificate is required for enrollment. They can say they're whatever age they want, and there's no way to verify it.

This is the same problem the US is having in vetting "supposed" refugees from the Middle East. When there are either no records at all, records have been destroyed, or a refugee simply claims a fake and unverifiable identity, how can they possible be vetted at all?

Send the parent/s BACK and TAKE THEIR KIDS WITH THEM.

After all it is NOT "right' to "break up families"!
Mexico has allowed registration of US born kids of illegals for 15 years now.
