This is the same problem the US is having in vetting "supposed" refugees from the Middle East. When there are either no records at all, records have been destroyed, or a refugee simply claims a fake and unverifiable identity, how can they possible be vetted at all?
Some "vetting" process huh. My name is Mike Smith. I have no ID, no history, nothing. Well, come on in. So long as Bill Smith over there says that is who you are it's a done deal.

Unfortunately, the feds can't do anything. Blame former U.S. Supreme Court justices William J. Brennan Jr., Thurgood Marshall, Harry Blackmun, Lewis F. Powell Jr., and John P. Stevens. They voted in the majority in the 5-4 decision Plyler v. Doe (1982). Because of that decision, school representatives can only ask about and require proof that the student (now applies only to K-12) lives in the district, nothing more.

Who says anyone even has to vouch for their "identity?" They are who they "claim" to be, no questions asked. No records to vet = no way to prove that identity is false.

"The video in the link stated that the SCOTUS ruling said that the illegal immigrant children cannot be denied the education.:

Which is why we need more conservatives on the court.

SCOTUS has been wrong before.

Why should the rest of us pay our taxes so schools can use OUR tax money to "educate" illegals ?

"If they know someone has undocumented status then they could be providing an education program to help make them better "citizens"."

How can they be "better citizens" when they have been taught our immigration laws do NOT need to be obeyed?

I not you did NOT respond to the the sentence in the article where is says states CANNOT ask about a persons imagination status.

Yes they can, and that's what happened.

Given the fact that schools cannot discriminate or bar enrollment based on citizenship or immigration status, they don't even ask. Likewise, since no birth certificate is required, there is no way to verify age, either. That's how you end up with age 22 (or older) high school seniors in schools with 14 year old freshmen. Depending on the country of the illegal alien's origin, there's likely to be a language barrier as well.
"schools cannot discriminate"

I do NOT think "discriminate" is the right word.

If you are NOT qualified, as being a U.S CITIZEN you are not allowed in.

That is NOT discriminating.

I agree, but that's what Obama's DOJ said word for word:
Quote:
"To comply with these Federal civil rights laws, as well as the mandates of the Supreme Court, you must ensure that you do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin, and that students are not barred from enrolling in public schools at the elementary and secondary level on the basis of their own citizenship or immigration status or that of their parents or guardians...

A school district may not bar a student from enrolling in its schools because he or she lacks a birth certificate or has records that indicate a foreign place of birth, such as a foreign birth certificate"

Fine but stick the adults into a GED type community college ( at U.S. Expense). No 18 year old freshman will be in school until their 22 (as seniors) so what's the point of starting a non- English adult in a freshman class?

When teenagers drop out of school and turn 18, they go to community colleges if they want to resume classes.

We have enough homegrown lowlifes (as your experience shows) who cause us a lot of problems. We don't need to import anymore.
I have seen many rape apologists here and elsewhere who question rape victims' motives and actions.

"Why was she at a bar alone?"

"Why was she wearing that?"

"Why did she walk home by herself?"

"Who's to say what really happened?"

I don't want this same reaction to this girl's rape. Not at all. But it does seem that more people are upset about the legality of the rapists in question rather than the rape itself. JMO
