Apparently, there are over 100 judicial vacancies and Obama tried to fill over 50+ of them but was blocked by Republicans the past 2 years. I know we have 1 SCOTUS position to fill but over 100 federal judgeships? This is the first I've heard of this and it's making me incensed that this isn't getting more attention in the news.

The judicial branch is our last line of defense against the immoral and self-serving Repugs currently in the Congress and White House now. They can easily put in young and very conservative judges who can stay on for a very long long time and change our country for the worse....

That's why it's called draining the swamp time, isn't it? In a few years from now, a lot of judges retiring will be filled by Trump & GOP.

As a Trump supporter I have to say I am thrilled to see you so incensed. Its going to be a long and horrible journey for you. Every morning I wake up, pour a cup of coffee, put on CNN and watch the Anti-American and hate filled anchors cry about Trump while Trump just sticks it to them.. life couldn't be better for Trump supporters. #winning

Still raging over the election, OP?

Chill. There's another one in 2020. Unless you're really old, put on your cowgirl pants and ride it out.

Also, be careful what you wish for.

Activist judges can cut both ways and it may not be YOUR way.

Not raging over election. Why do Trumpsters seem to like to copy and paste from a collection of dumb responses when they can't find anything better to post?

Do you truly not want to have a discussion because your lines are getting so old - Hillary this, Obama that or election loss this or that. Geesh! Wise up!

We have a real problem on our hands here. You can't seriously tell me that you would be OK with this if Trump was in the White the the Democratic majority in Congress blocked him and refuse to vote any judges in?

I have to agree with you.

I initially supported Cruz, but I'm so glad now that Trump was the winner because Cruz would have never advocated for working Americans the way Trump does.

2016 is over. Time for Trump supporters to pack it up. Today ruined it for him...first Dylan Roofs father was seen at his rally. Then he promised to kill Hillary!!!! It's over.
Good times, good times

Sometimes we're not given much to work with

Look, CD's a free website. You gotta take what you get or just PM your favorite posters and "discuss" to your heart's content.

You want more, fresher, newer or better? You may have to go to an organized symposium of your equals. Hint: drop the name calling (Repugs, Democraps, dumb, etc.) and you may get better posters

Reid and Pelosi were stalwart, rigid Bush opponents to anything the Rs tried to push through. That's how it works.

The country had two terms and several legislative elections to reshape America into Obama's vision.

It didn't happen

I still say, be careful advocating judicial legislating. You may not like the results and Trump may just prove my point.

I don't see any problem here.
