Now, we should be fair... trump didn't actually play golf today. He just went there to watch golf on TV.

Just so we're all clear where you stand, nonsenseguy:

Obama golfing=BAD!
Trump golfing (waaay more than Obama ever did)=GOOD!

Behold the inner workings of the cult mind.
Quoted for emphasis. It shows how allergic many (though not all) Trumpers are to facts.

Actually, the problem is it makes Trump look like a massive hypocrite. The problem appears to be Trump's big mouth--he spent much of Obama's terms shooting it off.

Most of us already know he is a hypocrite, but some are still learning. With a 60% disapproval rating, hypocrite is not a good look. If he had not sat on the sidelines taking pot shots at Obama, he might not look as phony as he does now.

“Can you believe that, with all of the problems and difficulties facing the U.S., President Obama spent the day playing golf.”

...“I would not be a president who took vacations. I would not be a president that takes time off. … You don’t have time to take time off,” Trump adds. [The Hill, 6/23/15]

I mean, the other night in New York, New York was shut down because Obama’s here to go to a Broadway play… I’d be there all the time working, working.
[CNN, 7/22/15]

So, I wouldn’t leave the White House very much because, you know, like little things like these little trips where they get on they cost you a fortune… I am worried about the cost. Why would you have two people flying to the same location a little time different. Why wouldn’t you both go.

That's an expensive trip just to watch TV, don't they have an HD TV in the White House.

Trumpistas wouldn't care if Trump Golfed 5 times a week and had campaign rallies in Mississippi the other 2. As long as he is Bashing the Kenyen Muslim Black Panther former president he is ok with them. He is a strongman .

As we're often told by Republicans in this forum, the GOP won everything, they control everything. They don't "need" the Democrats cooperation to pass a bill. The "Freedom Caucus" is the obstructionist group in the Congress. They have SAFE congressional districts so they don't need to back Trump.

These weekend trips need to stop. The taxpayers cannot keep footing the bill for his lifestyle. Trump needs to do better than Obama. He needs to lead by example.
How hard do you think Obama worked on his own Obamacare bill? My guess would be, not very hard at all. 2,000 plus pages. Nancy Pelosi said that the bill would have to be passed for anyone to know what was in it.

Although I'm happy that such a cruddy bill never got voted on, the sad thing is that it didn't get the republican support because it didn't support the republican agenda sufficiently. It wouldn't have done away with enough stuff, wouldn't have saved the rich enough in taxes, wouldn't have cost the old as much more than they wanted. I mean, really... saying that tests aren't an integral part of medical care? Wonder how much they would have liked it if those non-integral things were removed from their own healthcare.

Well, let me think... the republicans have been working to repeal ACA for how many years? And, all they could come up with was AHCA? Clearly nobody on that side of the aisle was working hard on it. But, I will give some republicans credit for having read it and deciding they didn't like it.

As for trump... the AHCA was like, bigly, NOT what he kept promising, but he didn't know that, because he didn't bother to read and understand. But, he promoted it, bigly, over and over. Too bad, so sad.
