There is almost no chance that Assad did this, at this particular moment. He would risk everything, and being a very intelligent person, he simply wouldn't. It is a deperate attack, which could only be done by desperate people.
The only two air forces that could have perpetrated the dropping of these bombs was Assads airforce or the Russian airforce, as Assad has been slaughtering his people for a decade i'd not put this travesty past his doing.

People need to be more explicit about what is going on with this power struggle. Jared Kushner is a pro-Israeli Jew and Steve Bannon isn't. This is a major part of the reason that mainstream media smeared Bannon as an anti-Semite. What we are seeing here is a battle of ideologies, with one side wanting to do the bidding of Israel and the other side putting the interests of America first.
