I would agree on the 1/3 number. Secular or marginal Muslims are just like everybody else. They just gave different holidays. Only problem is, when a Christian or a Buddhist or a Jew gets more religious, you don't generally have to worry that they are going to go radical.

No, they just get themselves elected in order to pass laws favorable to their religious beliefs.
