Two more "liberal" Senators weigh in on this:

Bob Corker: "While the case for removal of Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey laid out by Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein was thorough, his removal at this particular time will raise questions,” said Corker, whose panel has examined efforts by Russia to influence elections"

John McCain: "Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman John McCain (R-Ariz.) said Tuesday that he was “disappointed in the president’s decision to remove James Comey from office.” He said the unexpected dismissal in the midst of a probe into Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election and possible Russian government ties with senior advisers to President Trump warrants the appointment of a special prosecutor."

Three Senate GOP chairmen raise concerns over Comey

It's too late to put a lid on it. The truth and the evidence are going to come out. Nothing motivates a prosecutor more than a perp trying to dodge justice.
That is good to hear. I think there will be a Twitter rant coming on.

Exactly. Firing Comey does nothing if there is evidence so let if play out libs

So, trump had over 3 months to decide that he couldn't live with comey as FBI Director. The firing should have come the moment trump took office, IF it were really over comey's actions during the campaign. That is came now, with trump's little 'tell' about the investigation in his letter to comey, reveals that trump really fired comey for investigating trump.
You hit the nail on the head.

It's one thing for Trump and his 'team' to been seen as so inept at politics so far. But jeez, I thought everyone in the business world knew that old phrase, 'timing is everything'...

Itd be funny if Comey has been squirreling away dirt on Trump for months just in case Trump turned on him. If he gave it all to the investigation committee out of spite I'd lmao.

If you have not heard there was collusion with Trump, more so with HRC and the Russians.
That's what these scared little liberals are afraid of.
