Israel created ISIS so that's doubtful. I suggest you try googling that information. Israel treats ISIS terrorists IN ISRAELI HOSPITALS,it funds them just like Obama did and arms them. Not quite turning out how they wanted though. Iran and Russia are helping Syria defeat the terrorist scum.

As for Israeli hospitals treating the enemy, that's what happens in the civilized world. Anyone in need of medical care is supposed to get it, regardless of their political stance. Medical care is separated from legal consequences - once a patient is able to stand trial or face charges, that happens. In the civilized world, at least.
Did it ever occur to you that perhaps Israeli hospitals treat ISIS members so that they might eventually be brought to trial??
