If impeached without cause, which is the direction the Left seems to be heading, based entirely on their dislike for him, it would definitely be a Constitutional crisis. We already know the Left disrespects the Constitution, and would just as soon get rid of it. That's why they keep using the phrase "our democracy," as though purposely trying to rid us of any notion of what we truly are, a Constitutional Republic.

When convenient, however ...when it suits their purpose, they will cry, "un-Constitutional" and hold it up as if it is something they respect. But don't be fooled. If they respected it, they would be respecting the outcome of last years election, and they wouldn't be trying to pull off a coup d'état to overthrow the Trump administration.

I don't think Trump will be impeached, however I am sure the Republicans would just look for a new leader.

No one man or indeed woman is bigger than the Party.

There won't be any civil war.

After Watergate, everyone was depressed, worn out, and sick to death of it all. When Nixon finally left, there was a great sigh of relief, but no rejoicing and no anger.

Ford's presidency passed almost un-noticed afterward. Everyone wanted no more politics at all, so they generally ignored everything that came afterward for a few years.

It was like a bad hangover after a week-long drunk. Nobody talked about it, and nobody wanted any more of it.

The OP could not get a single straight answer on the first page LOL. Everybody had to chime in with the "well that would never happen because..." instead of just answering the question.

When both the thread title and the body of the post said "hypothetical," which is basically saying "don't worry about explaining how/why it won't ever happen, and just speak on how you would react if it did happen."

"So you think violence is a "mature way to act that is fair and just " ?"

Apparently the progressives, antifa and other Hillary leg humpers think so.

Violently. To think this past November was just another election is to have one's head in the sand.

You are right it's completely hypothetical. But if it were to come to pass, we'd move on and continue our daily lives as we have done from the beginning. Americans are tough, we aren't going to let one failure bring us to our knees. His hard line supporters would be vocal and unhappy, as is their right; but if you are postulating some sort of civil war or similar - that's not going to happen.

You know how lefties cried and smashed windows out and set stuff on fire over the election? Catching felony charges...

Well. I would handle it with grace and disappointment but know that karma comes around and comes around 10 fold... I could see Rootin Tootin Putin coming over with his forces to deal with the democrats and media outlets that cried collusion... I would sit back with a bag of popcorn and watch from a safe distance pointing and laughing for making an enemy like Russia to go to war with you while you dummies want free college and no guns to defend yourselves with.

This time...

The South would rise again... the North East would be under siege as would the coasts of blue... I'd stand back and laugh and laugh hard. Meanwhile all the southern states would be flying the stars and bars and every bubba Billy Bob Cletus Jethro would be sitting in front of their TV with a bag of popcorn in one hand AR in the other.

In this election cycle and the early months of presidency, we have had:

-The rigging of the DNC primaries, revealed though wikileaks
-The DNC head resign in disgrace
- The collusion of Donna Brazil with CNN to win Hillary a debate
-DNC operatives caught on camera bragging about sending operatives to Trump rallies to instigate violence
- Actual violence against Trump voters
-An assaination attempt against Donal Trump
- Death threats to electors
- Riots, violence, and property damage from leftist terrorists on the streets
- Our college campuses going full fascist and becoming places of violence
- The normalization from the media of images of killing our president
- An incessant drumbeat from the media regarding a completely fallacious investigation that we just definitively learned never existed, with the explcit purpose of overturning an election. - The illegal unmaking of reverse targeted Americans by Obama officials
- illegals and their supporters stupidly marching in the steets with Mexican flags in conjunction with signs that say "not my president."

If there is an impeachement, it is time for the violence to erupt. Republics die when the people no longer have the maturity to act in a manner that is is fair and just. The Democratic party in conjunction with the media, academia, Hollywood, illegals and terrorists, has completely corrupted and corroded this country almost to the point of no return.

Impeachment would be that point.
So violence by liberals is a disgrace. Violence by far right wingers in reaction to a Constitutional process is good. Got it
