After the investigation is complete, the results will be presented to the full congress and then a decision will be made whether to proceed with impeachment.

Also, if people are innocent they stick to one story without worrying so much if something will be forgotten, they just say what they know. Telling the truth every time has a marvelous way of keeping a story straight.

First off he's still a liar in my opinion and that was kinda part of my point. Secondly he stated that there was no evidence under oath, so now he's legally bound by his word.
