So too many cops in your neighborhood make you do a drive-by in a neighborhood with kids playing outside? You are poor so you need to shoot someone? Millions of poor people of all colors manage to not shoot anyone every day.

White americans are most likely to be killed by another white american, yet ISIS is more pressing than other whites. White americans are most like to be killed by another white american..."but we need a wall and a travel ban". Why is that? You just had a white guy shoot up a softball game, why aren't the police overpolicing white neighborhoods now? Why aren't more whites "randomly" pulled over for "broken tail-lights"?
How would you feel if a cop shot you because "well, lot's of white people are armed to the teeth and Dylan Roof committed murder, so you're connected with that"?
While I oppose this verdict, the fact is that the black culture is its own worst enemy. It has failed the black community and helped create the problems that best blacks today.

Blacks commit most of the violent crimes and "street" crimes, hence they generally get more police attention.
Blacks are like 13-15% of the overall population, but commit over 50% of all the violent crimes and murders.
Where there is crime there will be police attention, police activity, police presence, etc.... duh.

It all seems so simple to me: just don't commit crimes, don't do drugs, don't hang out in shady areas, don't hang out with shady people, don't hang out with low-class/ghetto people and you won't draw the attention of the cops
I think I've only encountered a police officer in person like 3 times in my life, all of them were minor traffic stops, and they were all over in under 15 minutes. I've never been arrested or in jail, even for a day.

Police harassment is just not one of those things most people believe exist or happen on a disproportionate basis unless it happens to them or someone they know. When I was a teenager I'd get stopped on the street with my black friends but not my white friends. My sister-in-law and her two female friends (black, 30s-40s) were stopped on a highway in Pennsylvania for asolutely no reason at all, not even a traffic violation. White male cop demanded to know where they were going (illegal) and demanded ID from the passengers in the car (also illegal). Refused to let them go unless they complied. When they stated they were going to Victory Brewery (for the food, not the drinks), cop screamed at them that they shouldn't be going somewhere to drink if they were going to drive. I'm sure most black people in America have a similar story, if not many.

Sure murder rates are disproportionately high.....You intentionally keep people poor and over policed, they are going to have more problems.
You are making excuses for the disproportion. Being poor or having too many cops in your neighborhood is not an excuse to shoot another person. Like I said millions of poor people don't shoot anyone every day.
