3 Refugees raped a German girl, 3 times each, 9 times total. The rapes included oral, vaginal, and anal unprotected sex including going from her rear straight to her mouth. During and afterwards they beat her up, hit her, kicked her, pulled her hair, called her an infidel, etc...
Many of these refugees do not know German (Western) laws and customs in general.
Should they be judged and tried by German standards, or would it be more multicultural and enlightened to try them based on Sharia Law (which would be punishable by death, but much harder to prove)?
Its been reported in a few other news sites not just RT but they're all tabloids (don't know about TheLocal.De but others are the Daily Mail and the Sun). In any case, the likelihood of them being Muslim is extremely small so should we be raging against those filthy Christian rapists now or admit that rape is a crime that worldwide regardless of religion and is equally bad whoever does it.
How do you know they were refugees? The OP inserted they were refugees, and others speak about sharia law, muslims and ME, but nothing in any of the articles suggest they were refugees, or even muslims. We know for fact they were not from mid-east. Did a rape occur? It is for the courts to decide what really happened.

English language media is conflicted as to the nationality of the alleged rapists and refugee status, beyond being of North African descent. Some sources claim she was lured. Other sources say a Hungarian woman was attacked at a train station. Germany imports a lot of cheap labor from Hungary.
No mention of the religion of the alleged attackers.
Reportedly, the incident happened last August and the case is based on 2 matches of DNA despite testimony that there were 3 attackers.
A woman leaving a carnival alone, late at night, is not safe anywhere in the world. If she had been drinking, more so.
Christianity is the predominant religion in Ethiopia, which is where the rapists were from.
Also, I generally don't trust anything from Russia's state media.
I've also noticed a lot of these stories never list names of the victim or the perpetrators, or even post photos...I could write up a story as verifiable as the one in the OP.
Use of stock photos is common.
There was a story of a rape in a cemetery in Germany a few years ago. Woman reportedly took a short cut home through a cemetery, in the wee hours of the morning. She claimed to have been ambushed and raped.
Few months later the same story was posted except it claimed the incident occured in Belgium. A third story surfaced and reported it happened in Sweden.
Impossible to tell if it happened or where. I cannot imagine any place where it is safe for a woman walking alone to take a short cut through a cemetery, in the wee hours of the morning.
No kidding, so tell that to all these people whose posts imply that it is.
