Obama confirmned what Trump said, it was impossible to hack the election. Hack means to access a database. Kid of like what russia did to government databases and hillary's personal devices and personal server.
It is a known fact that China, NK, Iran etc is tryoing to hack our systems, databases.
It would be foolish to state Russia 'hacked' and exclude other that surely hacked and probaly shared with other foreign enemies for a profit.
