Kind of going for low hanging fruit there, aren't you? The bill passed the House with a vote of 368-55, but you want to attribute it to the great work of Donald Trump. And doesn't the bill basically address the procedures to terminate bad employees and protect whistle blowers, but isn't the broad overhaul that most people agree is needed at the VA?
