From the Washington Free Beacon -

"CNN host John King said Sunday that NFL owners have data supporting President Donald Trump's claim that television ratings have gone down because of players' protests during the national anthem.

"NFL owners so far siding with their players for their right to free speech, but they're also keeping close tabs on the financial impact and the public relations impact of this confrontation," King said.

He went on to say that the NFL owners have research "clearly showing the president is right" when he claims the national anthem protests are one factor in TV ratings dropping"

So what if the ratings dropped. As I posted days ago. It'll just make it easier to get a seat at the sports bar.

P.S. If the owners are willing to make a statement that costs them money then that is just more powerful.

More than 1 last year. The large numbers this year did not start until idiot-in-chief tweeted that they were SOBs

So, you agree that it really isn't about police brutality, but politics. Glad you see it my way.

Some are doing it about police brutality. Others are doing it about supporting their teammates. But all were smart enough to know the protests started last year.

No, mass protests started this year. Obviously you don't watch many NFL games. Maybe you should try it instead of memorizing DNC emails and watching MSNBC.

So now it is mass protests. lol. Keep digging pal. What is a mass. Would four players on the 2015 Rams raising a fist during the anthem constitute a mass protest?
I mean if you watch a lot of games you would know about that incident which was two years ago.

No, 4 on one team is not a mass protest.

The only time we've seen mass protests is after Trump was elected, and that's because these protests are about politics and not supposed police brutality. It's really not that hard to figure out. i think you understand that, but now you're just running interference for your ideology.

The kneeling was not about Trump until Trump called the players "a son of a *****" on Twitter.

Right. So for the vast majority of these NFL players who are "protesting," it is in fact about politics and not alleged police brutality.

If it was political it would have started week one. Apparently you don't watch many NFL games.
