Liberals can riot, block roads and beat people down but others can't? i have no idea who started the violence but it seems it's usually the liberals as we have seen in the past.

You told a nice little story here, but is it actually true? Did the Constitution really set out to limit unbridled power? And who had unbridled power anyway? Were we actually more free after the Revolutionary War? Are we more free today?
If you understand the real history of the world. You'll realize the real purpose of the American Revolution, was to replace the rule of the hereditary-aristocracy, with what Jefferson called the natural-aristocracy.
In the old system, land was wealth, and thus the wealthy were the people who owned all the land. Land was owned by the lords, and was passed down from generation to generation through families. With the rise of capitalism, wealth was in production, in factories. The wealth was owned by the merchants and the bankers. And since they had the money, they had the power. And they could use their money, and their talents, to raise an Army to overthrow the old aristocracy. And then replace it with a government they would control.
George Washington didn't fight a war for you, he fought a war for himself. And he invaded Pennsylvania to put down a revolt against a tax-policy pushed by Alexander Hamilton, which was intended to benefit his crony banker and merchant buddies back in New York City.

If you are referring to the Small Business Administration as being 'only for non-white's', you are sorely mistaken. My living is commercial lending and their loan guarantee program is open to all eligible small businesses regardless of race, religion, gender- etc..
The SBA DOES have an 8a program for government contracting- and that is a MINUSCULE piece of the government contracting pie.
That program is designed to give historically disadvantaged business persons a shot at federal contracts for a period of only 8 years. It's not 'in perpetuity'. And as I said- it's a fraction of the federal spending pie. The business owners have to prove with a 'preponderance of evidence' that they are disadvantaged in their industry. A great example is a female owned construction firm. Pretty much a field dominated by men.
And, for further reference, the Dept of the VA has their own mandate to give preference to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Period.
Not sure what you trying to cite, but you may want to know the facts before you spout off.

When the “Black Lives Matter” fools were out protesting, burning cars, breaking windows of businesses, and shooting cops, it was blamed on white racists. The BLM fools had a right to do what they did, according to MSM reports. Now, white people hold a rally to keep a statue and counterprotesters come along and start a riot and once again, it’s the “white nationalists” that are at fault. I’m sick and tired of racism being a “white” people malady. I’m sick and tired of distorted reporting by the MSM.
