He talked about hatred "on many sides". He will never condemn neo Nazis because he knows they helped get him elected. Hell, he's got some in his administration.
Yes, one whose message is that "all people who aren't like me should leave the country" vs. those whose message is that "our lives matter" are completely equal.
Being that they are both based on race, and the action of the "our lives matter" people seem to indicate that the lives of others don't matter... it's not as far apart as you think.
No President has ever condemned Black criminals, or criminals by race in general. Criminals get called out regardless of race. What do you want? For someone to say "Blacks are the cause of problems in America, we'd do better without them?".
Strawman argument. Michael Brown robs a store, resists police, winds up dead, and Obama says we gotta talk about race. Joke.
Pride based on race is stupid. Dividing people up based on race is stupid. Both groups are wrong for engaging in this behavior.
I am for absolute freedom, freedom from oppressive/bully government, freedom from manipulation and propaganda, and freedom for people to seek happiness, fulfillment and enrichment in their lives. So long as the rights and freedoms of others are not disrupted in this pursuit, of course.
Politicians and race based movements will never take you there. That responsibility rests squarely on our shoulders as individuals. That is why it is up to each individual to seek the best path towards prosperity for themselves, instead of rioting, disturbing the peace, and infringing on the rights of others. It is up to individuals to become empowered to accomplish the goals they set for themselves in life. It is wrong to expect the government, or other people, to do what you can and should do for yourself.
Because the last time a white man lost a job to a black man, or a muslim, or a hispanic was like....never.
Those protestors..I bet most of them have never had a job, they are sissified snowflakes who think life is a Tom Clancy video game. They use their allowance to buy torches and march around talking tough...then they go back home, get cozy in mom's basement and turn the x-box back on.

That's just ignorant, of course many sides are responsible, if none of the left activists would have showed up then the whole thing would have just went on without notice. it takes two sides to start something like this. the nationalists were just protesting the removal of confederate memorials.
If they're protesting the removal of statues then they can leave the swasticas and hate speech at home.
I find this need to remove statues of people like Lee ridiculous. Men like him fought for their homes, not slavery. I doubt most of us would openly admit it, but in their position you'd choose your home and the people in it over the federal government.
Ultimately, it was 150 years ago and whether you agree with it or not, it's still a part of our history. But whether history is invovled or not, there is zero reason to tolerate the flying swasticas and yelling things that I'm sure will be censored here.
