That in a nutshell is the flux of the racial problems in America. When that second number comes down(and I think it will with time) so will the tension it creates among the general population.
Not committing crime is an easy thing to do, in my case anyway. Not being looked down because of your race, that is actually harder. You can control yourself, you can't control what someone else thinks of you.

Let me help you here, the FBI data is for the number of arrests and contains information for crime rates by specific type and total crimes.
in 2015 Blacks were arrested for 51.1% of homicides, When considering all reported crime, whites were arrested for 69.7% of all crimes, while blacks were arrested for 26.6% https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s...ables/table-43

It's always a good idea to fact check stuff like this before you post.
Crime statistics certainly don't do Blacks any favors. That said, painting the picture of "Blacks are coming after the whole nation", using this Godzilla portrayal isn't accurate. The murders, most of it is Blacks being murdered by Blacks. I notice only Black criminals get attention, seldom do Black victims get attention. It all boils down to "we hate Blacks and we look for a justification for it. Crime is one". These attitudes are nothing new, and date back to 1800.
Some people just like to commit more crime. That's their thing I guess.
Or it could be one part of that particular population committing the crime, while the rest of the Black population is trying to live their lives. Ever thought of that? Yes or No? And this isn't a rhetorical question.

Whites are about 63% of the US so the proportion of crimes is almost equal. However the proportion of homicide is egregious in the black community when considering the proportion of total population. All crime is inexcusable.
Shame part is the bottom 10 percent commit over 90 percent of the violent crime in this country. If there was a way to purge that bottom 10 percent, our crime would go down remarkably. Yes, there would be a new bottom 10 percent of course but they would be nowhere near the burden on society.
I'm looking at the numbers here and your math simply doesn't work.
In the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program, violent crime is composed of four offenses: murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault
2015 UCR data % of blacks arrested by crime type
Homicide /Manslaughter....51.1%
Rape..............................28.2%
Robbery..........................53.5%
Aggravated Assault...........32.1%
