The truth about puerto rico is through years of mismanagement by their socialist government they have bankrupted themselves and rely on constant bail outs from american tax payers and weren't prepared for the hurricane. They have no real leadership down there to put together a rebuilding effort, no sense of community like you saw in Texas and Florida, and now wants us to do everything for them like we always have. Their mindset is that government is the end all be all.
