Remember when everyone would complain hat any POTUS before Trump would speak in vague terms and not give anyone anything except trite cliche sound bites? Trump is keeping everyone on their toes.

Because he's crazy and he thinks this is all reality TV without any real world repercussions....things like nuclear war. He thinks he needs to deliver a "cliff-hanger" to each public appearance---just to keep viewers watching through the next commercial.
