Ahh they're just getting back to their eugenics era roots I guess. Their murderous founder was certainly a bigot, even praised the Nazis. "Womens' rights" never entered much into it until openly advocating eugenics became unpopular after WWII...
To late, they screwed up big on this one, and I don't think alot of people will accept an apology by them
I think the folks who are anti Planned Parenthood will use this as another reason to resent them, while those who favor Planned Parenthood will shrug it off as an incident involving a single individual.
Their reaction in how they handle this individual will be interesting, I don't see how she can't be terminated.

I think people's reactions will be based on whether or not they do any additional research on their own into the Eugenics Movement and Margaret Sanger.
