That is a process crime.
People are charged with "lying to the FBI" even when they have not committed any crime. Sometimes it's called a lie because they did not give the same answer twice, either because they forgot, or are getting things confused.
They are not news. I liken Fox more to Comedy Central. They are basically now an arm of the GOP working in a concerted effort to deflect attention away from the Trump associate inquiries.
I had to laugh out loud at their on air staff's newfound moral indignation about Harvey Weinstein. No doubt HW is scum. It just is rather hypocritical for an organization where harassment seems to have been the norm to go so hard after eleswhere when it was silent about its own bad behavior.
