You made this all up. In Rand Pauls case the accused admitted it and there is the evidence of the injuries.
For rape, cases are not frequently prosecuted without physical evidence. Even with physical evidence it's hard to prove rape.
Domestic violence most certainly has evidence, the physical harm on the victim is proof. It's laughable that you say otherwise and think people will believe you.
