In before communist, socialist, how much should we "steal" from the rich, etc. this isn't a tax policy topic.
Exactly, so why do voters, for example like NJ, keep voting for gazillionaire goldman sachs alum to govern them????????

The dems hate the rich, repuiblicans are the party of the wealthy and yet dems appoint and elect uber wealthy wall street titians to head of the treasury, governor, senator.

Tax reductions for most of the country is condemned while democrats vote for the guys, like phil murphy and obama who promised to raise taxes and skyrocket energy prices.

Recall the rich provide the largest portion of the tax budget while allowing 47% or so to pay no tax at all. Be sure to thank a rick guy today.

Most Republicans I know are fine with unions.....

As long as membership is voluntary.

When union participation becomes mandatory in any way, then we have a problem.

But aside from that, unions by and large have outlived their purpose.

Pretty much everything that unions were originally created to protect workers from is already covered by other workplace laws and regulations.

Also I'll add on a personal level, that I've had the misfortune of working alongside union members on the same projects and I can say unequivocally that they were the laziest, most self entitled "not my job" bunch of whiners I've ever seen.

The vast majority weren't worth half of what they were getting paid and are probably the single biggest cause of cost overruns in any industry they are in.

That's funny, because when I worked in construction, I worked in both union and non-union companies, and the the guys in the union outfits were faster and more skilled than the non-union guys, who were mainly Mexican nationals (aka illegals)

There weren't many illegals involved in construction where (and when) I worked in the industry.
Mostly blue collar white guys who made up the majority of both union and non union labor at the job site.

But the union members were easy to spot....slower than molasses in January and wouldn't lift a finger on anything that wasn't specifically their job description, even when asked.

If another trade was in their way in a room they were scheduled to be in, they wouldn't simply move on to the next room. ...they would all literally sit down and wait for the other workers to be done and gone before they did anything.

And the quality of their work left a lot to be desired as well.....I watched some of the painters paint right over dirt, sawdust or other defects that could have been easily cleaned up or repaired had they bothered to take five seconds to give a crap....but when I pointed it out to them, I was inevitably met with a shrug and a mumbled..."not my job".

If I was seen doing the same things they did on a regular basis by my boss.....I would have been fired in a heartbeat.

And rightly so.

Because the guy on the TV box said that the wealth would eventually trickle down. If the guy on the TV box says it, it’s the Truth.

These people have been waiting for Jesus to come back for 2,000 years. Why wouldn’t they believe that the wealth would eventually trickle down?

They already do pay more than the rest of us, a lot more.. The poor also have a moral obligation to contribute to society that they benefit from, right?

No one forces you to do business with them. If you hate the rich, you shouldnt even own a computer or be able to post here..

And remember, you JUST SAID no one forces others to be rich, well no one forces you to enjoy the fruits of their labor either..

I love hearing you guys run around claiming trickle down doesnt work, while you celebrate and call for more of it..

Things like Obamacare, the stimulus package etc, that YOU support.. all say you're wrong..
