To Trump supporters that's literally all he has to do. Trump doesn't have to do anything but talk tough through the internet to rally the stock market, get rid of the illegals, and Make America Great Again.
Between "tweeting and golfing", he managed to find the time to beat Hillary and win the presidential election. So I think he can manage to "get things done".
Let me remind you that that Trump was inaugurated January 20, 2017. And he didn't even get that done as you claim. After all, Trump did not elect himself, the American people did. If any other employee spent the majority of their 10 months on the job Tweeting and golfing, they would be an ex-employee.

Trump doesn't spend the majority of his time golfing and tweeting. You guys just spend the majority of your time complaining about it.
He's the guy who rode in a golf cart between two buildings, while all of the other world leaders at that particular event walked between the two buildings.
And he drives his cart onto the green because he can't walk a few yards to his ball.

Of course he does. Alternative facts don't work here--people can count. He doesn't even add to the economy when playing--he mostly plays at his own courses, so the profits go into his own pocket. This guy is so scamming his following.
"...Trump has spent nearly 25 percent of his days in office at one of his golf properties for some portion of the day.."

The Electoral College elected him, not the American people.
