Depends if she is your employee or coworker.

A man would have to be a fool, to make any comment, positive or negative, to any woman, about her physical appearance. That includes any woman with whom he is having a relationship. Women have collectively maneuvered themselves out of getting any such comments, from me at least, even if they want them.

NO!

When I was a maiden and turned a man's head. I didn't mind nice compliments. This was 20+ years ago.

But no unwanted touching. No meant no. I never had an issue with this, but I was picky about who I dated. Wasn't going out with men much older than me, guys from the mall (lol) or guys I got weird vibs from. If another gal told me, he's a stalker, I trusted her. Men weren't scarce in my world.

And leave me the hell alone at work. I'm there to work not be ooggled over. I had some definate boundries no one violated. Cause I was intimidating. Or so I was told.

I find it difficult to believe that most normal people of either sex really do not know whether or not their attention is welcome.

I think it's safer to assume that just about anything is sexual harassment these days. And if you do get lucky, don't forget to have her sign a sexual consent form. Yes, that really is a thing.
