I mean the UN which basically created Israel and gave it the right to exist.
The UN is irrelevant in this situation. Is the UN and the international community also going to demand that the British give up all the territories they took over during war too or is only Israel required to do so?
It’s not that other countries are telling Israel but it’s capital letters, they’re saying the Jerusalem literally is not a part of Israel. Do you think Putin can lay claim to parts of Ukraine because his army seized it?

Is anyone else puzzled by this? I mean Israel, if it is a sovereign state recognized internationally by most nations, should they be able to pick their capitol and then other nations act accordingly?
