I, Donald John Trump, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States; and will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, so help me God.

Whereas the Constitution of the United States reads in part, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

Whereas Trump has responded to news coverage he dislikes by advocating that the freedom of the press be abridged by bureaucrats and legislators; and by calling the press a public enemy and a target of his “drain the swamp” agenda.

For example:

“It’s frankly disgusting the way the press is able to write whatever they want to write and people should want to look into it.”
“Network news has become so partisan, distorted and fake that licenses must be challenged and, if appropriate, revoked. Not fair to public!”
“With all of the Fake News coming out of NBC and the Networks, at what point is it appropriate to challenge their License? Bad for country!”
“Why Isn’t the Senate Intel Committee looking into the Fake News Networks in OUR country to see why so much of our news is just made up-FAKE!”
“Drain the Swamp should be changed to Drain the Sewer - it’s actually much worse than anyone ever thought, and it begins with the Fake News!”
“With all of its phony unnamed sources & highly slanted & even fraudulent reporting, #Fake News is DISTORTING DEMOCRACY in our country!”
“The FAKE NEWS media (failing @nytimes, @CNN, @NBCNews and many more) is not my enemy, it is the enemy of the American people. SICK!”

Whereas Trump has responded to protected speech he dislikes by calling for a punitive government response and issuing commands to private citizens like a king or tyrant.

For example:

“It is about time that Roger Goodell of the NFL is finally demanding that all players STAND for our great National Anthem-RESPECT OUR COUNTRY”
“Why is the NFL getting massive tax breaks while at the same time disrespecting our Anthem, Flag and Country? Change tax law!”
“The NFL has all sorts of rules and regulations. The only way out for them is to set a rule that you can’t kneel during our National Anthem!”
“The issue of kneeling has nothing to do with race. It is about respect for our Country, Flag and National Anthem. NFL must respect this!”
“If a player wants the privilege of making millions of dollars in the NFL,or other leagues, he or she should not be allowed to disrespect”

Whereas the aforementioned statements, individually or in aggregate, establish a clear pattern of failing to defend the Constitution and repeated attacks on its Bill of Rights.

Whereas it is a high crime to violate one’s sworn oath to the supreme law of the land.

Wherefore, Donald John Trump, through flagrant violations of the oath he took before God, country, and flag, warrants impeachment, trial, removal, and public disgrace.
So basically he can be impeached for causing butt hurt among leftist.

Basically, because Green disagrees with Trump's speech, he wants him impeached. Exactly none of the "articles" or points made therein constitute a crime, or anything else besides perfectly legal free speech and executive actions as President.

And 58 people actually voted yea that yes, he should be indicted for a) doing his job legally, constitutionally and properly and b) using free speech in a manner they dislike?

Doing your job according to the law is not a crime, nor is free speech that others dislike. Perjury is a crime, and so is obstruction of justice. So there is a vast difference between the two "impeachments" and any fool with eyes can see that.
Nicely done.

How low can the US go? Americans elected a draft dodger who, buy his own words, abused women, hid his tax returns, and is now clearly suffering from dementia. Trump has now taken to supporting another woman, (little girl), abuser who should be arrested for his perverted acts. As Trump also admitted he grabbed women by the *****, (his words), shouldn't he also be charged and arrested?

I wonder how his supporters will spin the news when he walks out on the White House lawn without his pants. Let us not forget he has his finger on the nuclear button. Perhaps next time the republicans will run the mad hatter.

If the mad hatter puts the country first and would follow through on his campaign promises, why not ?

We are not going to find perfection in people. I'm reminded of a saying :

Let not the pearl of thy character be quite round, for if quite round, it will roll to easily.

Nothing rolls so easy as a politician at the foot of his donor. He/she will roll and roll and roll for the bankroll.

We get it... we also get that that as of yet there is nothing that's been " proven " that would constitute a case for impeachment. What rational person would hold a no vote against someone that was instigated by someone who's only case ( so far) isn't rooted in proven misconduct or proven evidence of same? Besides maybe some butt hurt libs, who if you recall were calling for his impeachment on day one of his presidency. I haven't seen anything in the articles of impeachment that says that the president can be impeached for "speculation" of a crime or just because he hurt someone's feelings. Seems that you libs want to change the rules to suit your wants rather than to follow the established law. Kinda like your argument that HRC won the popular vote.
Talk about simplistic! IF Mueller makes a solid case and the R's still vote against impeachment... you have a case. Until then ... you folks are just showing your lack of understanding and or will fill ignorance of the law.
House Democrats overwhelmingly voted against the measure... are they now your enimies too? Are they also... simpletons? Or are they perhaps not living in fantasyland like you and some others?

The case of obstruction of justice by Trump is crystal clear. Impeachment will be based on it, like it was for Nixon. Then it will succeed.

true, it puts people on record. and you can bet all the no voters are going to hear about it from their constituents. the articles of impeachment that were presented were in reality a huge joke by some politicians that are still trying to overturn the 2016 election.

and right now there is NO EVIDENCE that trump has committed an impeachable offense, and this is after more than a year of investigation into the russia charlie foxtrot. thus ANYONE voting for impeachment is basically telling the rest of the country that they dont care about evidence, they dont care about due process, they dont care about ones rights, they just care about their power, and their hatred of trump.

and yours, and other posts, indicate the same things, you dont care about anything but your hatred of trump. you dont care about the facts, about evidence, about due process.

the perjury charged stemmed from clinton lying in a deposition for a court case that he was a defendant in, and the questions were in fact legitimate questions, otherwise the lawyer for clinto would have objected to the question, and if the judge agreed, the question would have been stricken from the record, and clinton would never have answered the question, and would never have been impeached for perjury.

Attacks on free press are not constitutional, dummy.
perhaps you should be reading the constitution, attacks on the free press ARE NOT UNCONSTITUTIONAL. trump is not making laws against the press, he is merely going after them for bad news reporting. or do you think that when someone becomes president they lose their free speech rights? is that what you are saying? elected officials should not be able to express their opinions freely?

also show the laws that say collusion is illegal, if there was collusion in the first place, which you cant prove to begin with because there is no evidence of that happening.
