Yep, it's sitting right next to his tax returns, along with the transcript of what Melania was going to say when she had that press conference to explain how she didn't violate immigration law by earning money in the US while here on a visitor's visa

^^^ Exactly! ^^^

Totally made up BS.

Now they know they would be proven liars, so they will shut down the commission so they won't have to admit that these allegations were nonsense.

Cowards make for the back door ...

As a liberal, I agreed that the commission was a waste of time, but given that it existed, I was actually looking forward to hearing the results. I am fairly confident that if the commission had really done its job, Trump would end up looking like an idiot.

Yes, I suspect that things were not going the way Trump wanted, so to avoid further embarrassment, he cut the cord.
Democrats were included in the commission to give it the appearance of being bipartisan, but they were never included in the work of the commission.

A member of President Donald Trump’s commission on voter fraud sued in federal court on Thursday, alleging that the commission is violating federal law by excluding him and others from participating in the work of the commission and refusing to provide documents available to other members.

Why not include Democrats in their initial work if they were finding anything useful? The obvious answer would seem to be: They were coming up with nothing, or worse, they were discovering that there are already a bunch of fairly effective safeguards against wide-scale voter fraud, so the chances of finding anything close to 3 million bad votes was looking very low. Thus they kept the Dem commission members from seeing these embarrassing tidbits. You don't hide stuff that favors you position; you only hide stuff if you're embarrassed/afraid of the info that is being hidden. Once Trump sees the writing on the wall, he finds something to blame for the failure, and disbands the commission.

Except President Trumps requests were violations of state law in some states and even impossible in states that don’t do voter registration.

It’s not obstruction if the President was attempting violate the law.

The states fought to keep the commission from knowing that there were millions of illegals voting... they know it but refuse to let the commission see anything. This is because many democratic states are guilty and most of all California.

Nope, the states fought to protect personal information from being made public by a commission that didn't even know how to password protect their own website.

You'd think that Conservatives would actually favor keeping private information private, but of course their hypocrisy stands in the way of that.

Trump ordering the dissolving of a committe, created by Trump....after lawsuits were filed against said committee is once again Trump attempting to obstruct justice. He thinks if the committee no longer exists the investigating lawsuits can't continue.

Just like he thought if he fires Comey, Russia thing is dead in the water.

Trump does not understand when he breaks the law . He s uneducated.
His concern is just avoiding consequences when such bothersome situations are brought to his attention following another blundering ego trip.

This speaks for itself.

Trump simply doesn't waste time with them.
It's not just blue states, it was also red states who wouldn't give him info. It's against privacy laws. Why does he need our address, political affiliation, social security number. I'm sorry but that is none of his business.
