Our population numbers are much higher today also. Even our own blue-collared workers can't find jobs today as millions of illegal aliens have taken them by working for less.
That's a good point. And very true.

You notice CNN, hour after hour, gleefully uses the phrase "S***hole [in its exact form] Saying Sh**hole for impact, over and over, but yet, CBS says it will not say the word and instead said: **"expletive"** remark.

Anyway, our President is not only ignorant but ghetto and low class. I’m guessing that money has allowed him the opportunity to act uncouth in any environment so his conduct is poor overall. But that’s what many people wanted and what they envision for themselves. They want to have enough money to rid them of being required to live according to any standards.

Indeed.

It was an incredibly insensitive, vulgar, ignorant statement that wreaks of elitism-if not racism, but, but...he's not wrong!

LOL. No, he's not wrong about the current condition of those countries. Even his pathetic grasp of world affairs has got that right.

Where he's wrong is judging the individuals of those countries attempting to immigrate as inferior people, then vocalizing his foolishness to the entire world.

This is the kind of statement we'd expect from a madman dictator of a third world country, spoken by the president of the US!

People elsewhere in the world must be wondering what on earth is wrong with us.
I don't want to comment on that, other than to say: We're fawked with Trump!

The white folks were not the monsters you think they were. They were just people living in the reality they were born to.

The truth is that blacks and whites lived like families, unfair but still family. They didn't go anywhere after the war. They still talked to each other and still worked together and got along in the way families do.

Segregation, Jim Crow...you can thank your Democrats for that. The Republicans fought the war to free them. The Democrats oppressed them for another 100 years.
Are you serious?

After the Civil War, the KKK and Jim Crow quickly ensued. Whites were in no way about to quietly relinquish their socio-political status to any Negroes. The KKK immediately began to intimidate and persecute Negroes in order to remind them of their subservient status. There was no legal protection afforded to Negroes. Negroes could be shot, lynched, raped, beaten, or whipped with complete impunity. Aside from the fact that many southern law enforcement officials and statesmen were KKK sympathizers, southern sentiment abhorred Negro justice. Negro fate was totally based upon the whims of their former captors. Most Negroes who could afford the trip north, hurriedly fled gleefully. Most were living in constant fear where the KLAN and Jim Crow were prevalent. The KLAN was a ubiquitous terrorist group to Negroes throughout the South. At that time, the KLAN was their ISIS!

They could have gone back to Africa after slavery if they wanted if it was so bad. They were given the option to go to Liberia, but knew it would be much better here for them. And they can still go back now if their "**** countries" if they aren't really ****, then why not? Better to stay here than go back to African and live in a tent tribe where they can barely feed themselves.

But, these people are not the president of this country, did you call out Trump for saying that. Hey, and what you doing watching CNN and CBS, I thought these were fake news liberal networks. I knew all along conservatives watches all the other news networks, because they can always tell you what's going on over there. But, that's not a bad thing so I have to give you credit for that.

Wild guess, you don't want Blacks in the USA. You want Blacks to leave. I can't think of any other reason a person would approach the subject of Jim Crow/KKK with such casual callousness.

Who do you mean? The original slaves that were brought over, the last in 1807 who would have been at the youngest 58 at the end of the Civil War, if they even survived that long. Or subsequent generations that lost all connection to their homelands - lost languages, customs, and religion/spirituality.

Go back to what? A completely foreign land after having their free will beaten out of them. And after sacrificing their bodies, their children, their freedom, and for some their sanity.

And now? No, no, no. Black people descendent of slaves are more American than most of the population. This is their land earned in horrific unimaginable ways. And you'll do nothing about it.

Nope. Just what is best for them. And apparently that is to get away from all the oppression and back to the homelands where there are no evil white people and they can flourish. But for some reason they haven't done that.
