Yeah, I wonder if I was to grab my gun and start killing some illegals, can I be prosecuted. I mean, how many times we see illegals kill an American citizen but they just get deported back to their home country because of some loophole in the laws that we can't try a non citizen in American courts?

What's happening at the IRS during the shutdown - Jan. 20, 2018

Although it's less than half of their workforce, and they still don't get paid. Apparently due to the time of the year, less of them are furloughed
Fascinating, they won't be processing refunds, but automated collections will still occur.

Color me surprised.
